Just installed the DB8 today on my dish HD box. Tried a couple of other high priced HD antennas from circuit city but was very disappointed. Hooked it (the DB8) up and I was amazed at how all my local high def channels came in clearly.

Satellite Diplexer

Generally used in pairs, diplexers are used to combine and separate satellite and antenna signals.  One diplexer is used to combine the satellite and antenna cables; the other is used to split the combined signals to the television and satellite box.  Like the Antennas Direct, Inc splitters, our low loss diplexer uses a tin-plated zinc housing and glass PCB with micro strip design.
