The Lacrosse Engineers have long stated that the
uglier the antenna the better it will perform. But as high-definition
television (HDTV) becomes more popular, demand is growing
for HDTV antennas that blend into the design of the home
while still reliably locking into the HDTV signals. The
new Lacrosse HDTV antenna was designed to address this demand. Available in both an amplified and
non-amplified versions, the Lacrosse has an approximate
gain of 10.8 dB. The amplified version includes an ultra-low
noise 17 dB amplifier. It is one of the strongest multi-directional
antennas available and performs consistently across the
entire UHF spectrum (channels 14-69). It even works well
in areas where HD transmitters are in multiple directions.
