Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 90-days of the invoice date.

To qualify for a full refund, your order must have shipped directly from antennasdirect.com.

Before returning any product, check your shipping label, email receipt, or packing slip for the sellers contact information. If you did not order product directly from antennasdirect.com, please return the product to the retailer where you purchased. Antennas Direct will not refund orders purchased from another reseller.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Returns received after 90-days will be returned to you.

Antennas Direct order numbers are six digits and begin with a 2 (example 2XXXXX). If your order number does not resemble this sequence, the product you ordered was not purchased directly from us.

All major carriers stop at our return center.
